![]() Is it enjoyable? I don't personal mind playing between 40 and 60fps, and the stutters, while annoying, don't make it unplayable for me.įor others, it depends entirely on your comfort level. So is it playable? Definitely for most people, however some still report gamebreaking bugs. After the previous patch, my GPU now hits 90~99% utilisation which is good, because it's no longer being underused. Some unavoidable stutters that will happen regardless of your hardware power are when opening the holotable on the Mantis (known bug drop to 5~20fps) and when swinging the camera around large locations.įor the time being, your processor seems to have more of a performance impact than your GPU and VRAM. Turning to balanced and upwards causes too many blurs and bugs for me to enjoy, so I keep it on quality or off. Turning it off will cost about 2~3fps, but I know this toggle is still suffering from bugs so turning it off apparently isn't always actually off. The above are all with AMD FidelityFX set to quality. Again, the same stutters will happen regardless. When playing on my TV screen at 1440p/HDR/RT off, it's 40-55fps all epic settings or 45-60 all high settings. ![]() Stutters still always happen of course, meaning one or two drops to 10-35fps per 10 mins, which last about 0.5 to 3 seconds each. Dropping all settings to high gives 55-65fps. When playing on the laptop's 1080p screen, I get a reliable 50-60fps on all epic settings/RT off/Vsync on. I'm on a laptop with Ryzen 5800H, 3070 mobile (8GB) and 32gb RAM.
